From the first updates in year 2015 of GeoXRaster map – street map of hungarian settlements – you can find the petrol stations and the border crossings as new elements on the map. The datasource of POI elements of the street maps is POIX database of Hungary.
You can buy this raster database by map scale, or by settlement, or you can use as a WMS service.
